One day, that faux fur broke and Porter splatted face first into the basement floor. The bridge of her nose swelled wildly -- filling the entire space between her eyes. The whole family (except Porter) all laughed at how amazingly ugly a person can become after changing just one feature. We were so busy laughing, that no one remembered to take her to the doctor. Luckily, the swelling went down after a couple days and she turned out ok.
